No. 165 of 2024 arising out of Shyamsundarpur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 232 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ghatsila. 3. On 06.03.2022, son of the Informant Chhotu Kisku was found murdered in Khairbani Forest Area. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner that he might have committed his murder. 4. It was submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. 5. Mr. Manoj Kumar Mishra, learned A.P.P, after going through the case diary, submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ghatsila in connection with S.T.
