The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkagaon (Urimari) P.S. Case No. 42/2019, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 326 & 307 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. On 27.02.2019 at about 6:45 P.M., 06 accused persons fired at the informant causing him injury on his leg. 4. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on pointing out of this petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
