Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that in the light of the interim order passed by this Court on 19.11.2024, respondent Police are not interfering in the day to day business activities of the Petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. Recording the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order passed by this Court on 19.11.2024 is made absolute. Respondent Police 4 are directed not to interfere in the day to day business activities of the Petitioners except under due process of law. No order as to costs.
