The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 204 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 303(2), 317(4), 317(5), 238 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri M. K. Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Ranchi. It was submitted that three motorcycles are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that at paragraph-7 of the bail application that all the three motorcycles belong to the family members of the petitioner. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri M.
