This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari and quash the impugned order dated 17.02.2025 passed by Tehsildar (Judicial), Baraut, District Baghpat, in Case No.3465 of 2022 i.e. Umardeen etc. Vs. Smt. Jagwai etc. under section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (ANNEUXRE NO. 01 TO THE WRIT PETITION)." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under the relevant provisions of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
