Case No. 275/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 109(1) & 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 27 & 35 Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Pakur. 3. On 27.10.2025 at about 7:30 A.M., two unknown persons shot the informant causing him firearm injury. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner that he might have conspired the occurrence as three days prior to the occurrence, there was some dispute between the petitioner and informant. 4. Learned counsel on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Pakur in connection with Pakur (Town) P.S.
