THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION No.28819 OF 2025 ORDER:
1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners by demolishing the property without issuing any notice.
2. Vide order dated 16.10.2025, this Court directed the respondents to maintain status quo.
3. The learned standing counsel for respondents 2 to 4 submits that the respondents authority have removed certain tiles which were coming in the way of drainage pipeline and that they have removed the tiles and laid a pipe line. It is also submitted that the respondents are not in the process of either demolishing the petitioner’s property or dispossessing the petitioner from his property. It is further submitted by the learned standing counsel for respondents 2 to 4 that any action by the respondent authorities which would require the acquisition of the petitioner’s property would be in accordance with law.
4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
