The applicant was granted bail in FIR No.409 of 2024, Police Station Raipur, District-Dehradun on 20.05.2025, but one more penal provision i.e. Section 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 could not be transcribed in the order dated 20.05.2025. Now, Correction Application, MCRC No.1 of 2025, has been moved for correcting order dated 20.05.2025. The Correction Application (MCRC No.1 of 2025) is allowed. Let correction be carried out in the order dated 20.05.2025, which is as follows:- (i) In Paragraph No.4, one more penal provision i.e. Section 61(2) be added. 5.
