Criminal Appeal No. 367/1989:- Pursuant to order of this Court dated 11.08.2025, learned Special Public Prosecutor has submitted a copy of the letter dated 23.09.2025 issued by the Head of Branch, Special CBI, ACB: Jaipur which is taken on record. As per the letter, the accused-appellant-Ramji Lal has expired way back on 14.07.2004. The letter is accompanied with [2025:RJ-JP:39266] (2 of 2) [CRLA-367/1989] the certificated date 19.09.2025 issued by Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Tahla, Panchayat Samiti Rajgarh (Alwar) as also his death certificate dated 15.07.2004 issued by the competent authority. In view thereof, this appeal stands abated. S.B. Criminal Appeal No. 376/1989 As per the order dated 04.08.2020, learned Public Prosecutor has apprised this Court that the accused-appellant-Omprakash Chaddha has expired. He was directed to procure his death certificate; pursuant whereof, a copy of his death certificate dated 13.12.2012 has been submitted for perusal of this Court reflecting that the appellant has expired on 05.12.2012.
