These bail applications under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 have been filed by the accused- petitioners in respect of F.I.R. No. 452/2025 registered at Police Station Bassi, District Jaipur City (East) for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2) 303(2), 308(2) & 189(2) of B.N.S., 2023. 2. It is stated that nothing has been recovered from the petitioners, and they have not been named in the FIR and that only on the basis of suspicion, they have been arrested. Petitioners are behind the bar since 26.08.2025 & 04.09.2025. Trial in the case is likely to be take considerably long time. Hence the prayer is made to grant the bail of petitioners in the instant matter. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. Considered the submissions made at Bar. 6. In light of the fact that the allegations leveled against the petitioner are general in nature and none of them has been named in the FIR. It has been mentioned that complainant only recognizes the driver of the vehicle whereas as per the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, none of the petitioners was driving the vehicle in question, without making any comment over the merits of the case, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the Bail Application is hereby allowed. The accused-petitioner Deepak Meena S/o Shri Mahavir Prasad Meena, Ratan Lal Meena S/o Vimal Kumar Meena & Puran Prajapat S/o Ramavtar Prajapat shall be released on bail in pursuance of F.I.R.
