PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of the learned Single Judge dated 04.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.13944/2024. The operative portion of the order of the learned Single Judge reads as under: "4. Having taken note of the grounds urged in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondent No.4-Tahsildar is directed to consider the representation dated 22nd July, 2022 (Annexure-A) made by the petitioner, within four months from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of." 2. The accused filed an affidavit along with an endorsement. The affidavit and the endorsement indicates that the accused have considered the representation submitted by the complainant as directed by the learned Single Judge and passed the order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:49549-DB CCC No. 1336 of 2024 3. In view of the aforesaid endorsement, there is compliance of the order of the learned Single Judge. Hence, the contempt proceedings are dropped.
