No. DRDA/A/545812007 dated 05.01.2010, 17.06.2010 and 29-11- 2013 sent by the 3rd Respondent and also Letter Ref. On 24.12.2025, this Court passed the following order: “There is no representation for the petitioner. The Registry is directed to print the name of Sri M.Hari Babu, for the 2nd respondent. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Raviteja Padiri submits that he has given up vakalat. 4 Accordingly, the Registry is directed to delete the names of Sri Raviteja Padiri and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned counsel, as their names were wrongly printed in the cause list. Post the matter next week under the caption „for dismissal‟. 3. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. 4. The learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4 Mr.M.Hari Babu, fairly submits that till today, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2015. 5. Considering the above said fact, the instant writ petition is disposed of in the following manner: The 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2015 by communicating the same to the petitioner, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law. 6. There shall be no order as to costs.
