The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay in bringing the legal heirs of the sole deceased Petitioner on record who expired on 24th November, 2021 and to permit the amendment to the Writ Petition accordingly. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the Interim Application, we are satisfied that the delay ought to be condoned and Applicant Nos. 1 to 3 be brought on record in lieu of the original deceased Petitioner who expired on 24th November, 2021. It is accordingly so ordered. 3. The amendments shall be carried out within a period of 2 weeks from today and the amended copy of the Writ Petition shall be served on all the Respondents, failing which the above Interim Applications shall stand dismissed without further reference of the Court. 4. The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
