No. B/97/2021, dated 28.02.2022 recommending for updation of RSR in my favour for an extent of Ac. 0.29 V2 cents in Sy. No. 403-2A1B (Ac. 0.20 cents) and Ac.0.09/2 cents in Sy. No. 403-8 of Rajampet Revenue Village, Rajampet Mandal, Annamayya District as highly arbitrary, illegal, null and void and contrary to the provisions of the A.P Dotted Lands (Updation in Resettlement Register) Act, 2017 and the rules made there under and also in violation of the fundamental rights apart from Art. 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct 2nd respondent herein to complete the process of updation of RSR as per the above said report of the 4th respondent herein and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Pleased to direct the 2nd respondent herien to take appropriate action for updation of RSR pursuant to application of the petitioner through Meeseva vide No. APDL 012000187256, dated 18.09.2020 and the report of the 4th respondent in Ref. No. B/97/2021, dated 28.02.2022 recommending for updation of RSR in respect of Ac. 0.29 V2 cents in Sy.No. 403-2AIB (Ac. 0.20 cents) and Ac.0.09V2 cents in Sy. GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION NO: 31450 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following relief:- “to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in not taking any further action on the application filed by the petitioner through Meeseva vide No.APDL 012000187256, dated 18.09.2020 seeking for updating the Resurvey and Resettlement Register (RSR) under the provisions of A.P. Dotted Lands (Updation in Re- settlement Register) Act, 2017 and on the report of the 4th respondent in ref.No.B/97/2021, dated 28.02.2022 recommending for updation of RSR in favour of petitioner for an extent of Ac.0.29 ½ cents in Sy.No.403-2A1B (Ac.0.20 cents) and Ac.0.09 ½ cents in Sy.No.403-8 of Rajampet Revenue village, Rajampet Mandal, Annamayya District as illegal and arbitrary”. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the report submitted by the 4th respondent dated 28.02.2022, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the same and pass appropriate order, as per the provisions of A.P. Dotted Lands 4 (Updation in Re-settlement Register) Act, 2017, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
