2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that for the very same temple, the counter parties have already obtained permission to conduct the said festival during the same period, i.e., from 10.05.2025 to
14.05.2025. Suppressing this material fact, the petitioner has repeatedly filed the writ petitions seeking permission to conduct the Chitra Pournami Temple Festival at Sri Thaduthandanathar and Thaiyal Nayagi Amman Temple, Thayur Village. If the petitioner claims any right over the temple or its administration, the appropriate course of action would be to approach the competent Civil Court for appropriate relief. This Court has already dealt with the issue in W.P. No. 7517 of 2025, by order dated 04.03.2025, wherein the fourth respondent was directed to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders.
Pursuant to the directions of this Court, the fourth respondent has conducted an enquiry and has granted permission to the counter parties to conduct the Chitra Pournami Temple Festival at the said temple. Page 3 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
