GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in interfering into the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.5 in respect of subject land in Survey No. No 725/1 ,RCC Pakka house bearing Door No5-63 assement No 433 situated at Peddakgorpadu village Pakala mandal, Tirupathi District is illegal, arbitrary 2 and lack of jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in to civil disputes between the petitioner and Respondent No 5.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, basing on the complaint of Respondent No.5, the Petitioner was called for enquiry, however, no case is registered against the Petitioner and the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Sri Sure Mahendra, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, let there be a direction to the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
