ORDER Date : 21.04.2025 Heard Mr. T. Mize, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Tapin,
learned counsel for all the respondents.
2. This contempt petition was preferred alleging non-compliance of the direction made in an order dated 09.06.2022, passed in a writ petition, W.P.[C] no. 101[AP]2022. The writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the State respondents to release the outstanding amount of Rs.10,24,88,680/- within an outer limit of 6(six) months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the said order.
3. In the contempt petition, the petitioner has averred that at the time of preferring the contempt petition, an amount of Rs.5 crores out of Rs.10,24,88,680/- was paid to the petitioner and an amount of Rs. Rs.5,24,88,680/- remained to be paid.
4. Mr. Tapin, learned counsel has placed an Office Letter bearing no. DFCS/ACCTT/APR-2024-25 dated 25.03.2025 of the Directorate of Food & Civil Supplies, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Naharlagun and has submitted that the remaining amount of Rs.5,24,88,680/- has already been released in favour of the petitioner.
5. Mr. Mize, learned counsel for the petitioner has endorsed the submission of Mr. Tapin, learned counsel for the respondents and has further submitted that in view of the payment of the entire amount of Rs.10,24,88,680/-, this contempt petition can be closed.
6. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the

7. A copy of the Office Letter dated 25.03.2025, produced by Mr. Tapin,
learned counsel for the respondents is to be kept as a part of the records.
