Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of certiorari quashing the impugned judgment and orders dated 05.03.2025 passed by Commissioner, Azamgarh Region, Azamgarh (Annexure No.7) as well as order dated 02.12.2022 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Mau, District Mau (Annexure No.5) during the pendency of present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding and directing respondents not to the interfere in the peaceful possession of petitioner." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the orders impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a second appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
