The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. "DIRECT the 1st and 2nd Respondents not to interfere into the affairs of management of petitioner society in terms of the letters dated 18.09.2024 and also dated 01.10.2024 vide Annexure-H and J by issue of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction as a case may be. b. PASS such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deemed fit under the circumstances of the case, c. ALLOW the writ petition in the interest of justice and equity." 2. A memo dated 16.4.2025 has been filed signed by the petitioner as also the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition, which reads as under: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41068 WP No. 32221 of 2024 “The Petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to permit to withdraw the above Petition, since the election to the Petitioner’s society was held on 10.4.2025.
