The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "i. Issue a writ of certiorari thereby quash the condition of 3 years service experience in addendum and corrigendum notification - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52325 WP No. 36337 of 2025 No.A.Sa.Pa.Sam..KaAaAaNiNi/ViVya/Bem.Vi/Ma arata/2025-26/681 dated 21.11.2025 issued by the 3rd respondent as per Annexure-E and ii. Issue such other order/s or directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fitto pass under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. After arguing for some time, Sri.Murugesh V.Charati, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 on instructions of respondent No.2, Sri.Suresha.C.N, Divisional Manager, Bangalore Division, who is present in Court submits that respondent Nos.2 and 3 will permit the petitioner to participate in the subject tender process, subject to respondent No.1 opening up the KPPP (Karnataka Public Procurement Portal), so as to enable the petitioner to submit his bid. 3. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER (i) The writ petition is partly allowed.
