Reddy Gunta) Gram Panchayat nor paying the salary without assigning any reasons though he is in service as Field Assistant is highhanded, arbitrary, malafide and violation of Principles of Natural Justice, contrary to the provisions of NREGS Act, 2005 and, rules made there under by setting aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as Field Assistant of Mumpareddy Gunta (M. 2. Sri A.Chandraiah Naidu, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, would submit that as per the instructions as on the date, the petitioner has been allowed to continue to work as Filed Assistant. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition, hence, it may be closed. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Ms.P.Reavathi, learned counsel, representing Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned standing counsel for MGNREGS, are in attendance. 4
4. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed without going into the merits of the case. There shall be no orders as to costs.
