Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "(a). issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to 4 to ensure restrain the respondent nos. 5 to 11 from harvesting of standing crops should be prevented including other Bhu-Mafias of the area and they may be further restrained from interference in peaceful possession over the Arazi No.00417, Gata No.125 Mi.area about 1.214 hect; situated at Village Basantpur Nauner, Tahsil Kalinagar, District Pilibhit forthwith in pursuance of the impugned order dated 22.11.1985 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WRIT- B No.17613 of 1985 (Ram Charan Vs. State of U.P. and others to meet the ends of justice (Annexure No... to the writ petition). (b). issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to 4 to take appropriate decision over the application of the petitioner forthwith within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. From perusal of the representations made by the petitioner, it is apparent that the petitioner has already been dispossessed despite an order of status passed in a writ petition, which is allegedly pending before this Court. 4. This writ petition is wholly misconceived and the relief, if any, can be claimed by the petitioner in the pending writ petition wherein the interim order has been granted. 5.
