GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a direction, or an order or a writ, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.4 arid 5 in assisting and allowing the Respondent Nos.6 to 8 in making constructions of their own building in the site of the petitioner i.e., an extent of nearly Ac.0.04 cents with measurements 55 feet X 31 feet situated in 6TH Ward of Porumamilla Grama Pancahyat of Porumamilla Mandal of YSR District with boundaries East House of K.Mabu Bi, West Grama Panchayat C.C. Road, North House of Danishetty Obulesu and South Gram Panchayat C.C.Road as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and against the provisions of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to stop the unofficial Respondents 6 to 8 from making any constructions in the above site of the petitioner, and also direct the Respondents 4 and 5 to protect the rights of the Petitiner and to give protection to the Peititioner to make the constructions of her own in her above site.” 2.
