Petitioner is an employee of Raider Security Services Pvt. Limited. The petitioner has been removed from service by the said employer, who is a private entity and not a State in term of Article 12 of the Constitution amenable to writ jurisdiction. 3. Though the place of posting of the petitioner is the office of the Executive Engineer and some recommendation was made to remove the petitioner, but the fact remains that the petitioner has been removed by his employer, who is not amenable to the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3. Thus, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, accordingly, the same is hereby dismissed. Petitioner is at liberty to avail the alternative remedy available to him.
