The application has been filed for restoration Criminal Revision No. 965 of 2024 on 26.04.2025. On perusal of the application, I find that sufficient cause has been shown to prove that the petitioner was prevented from taking appropriate step on the date on which, the criminal revision was dismissed for non-proseuction. The present restoration application is within the time of limitation. 3. In view of such circumstances, the present Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33403 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 restoration application is allowed and Criminal Revision No. 965 of 2024 is restored to its original file. 4. Cr. Misc.
