Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal was preferred by the father. 2. On 21.01.2025, the following order was passed: “Issue notice to the respondent to engage a counsel, in view of elevation of her counsel to the Bench. Post after four weeks.” 3. As per the office report dated 16.12.2025, the position regarding the service on respondents as under: “respondent - unserved, returned (as per postal endorsement “no such person in this address.” 4. During the pendency of the appeal, the minor children have attained majority. 5. Since the minor children now attained majority, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
