Case No. 114/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 323, 376(1), 506 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri B.C. Samad, learned J.M., 1st Class, Bokaro. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is aged about 19 years. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for about five years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri B.C.
