This Court, vide order dated 05.02.2025, passed in MCRC No. 1015 of 2025, while rejecting the bail to the applicants, namely, Dharmendra Singh and Narendra Singh, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Ramanujganj, District – Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 11.08.2025 has requested for grant of two months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that the statements of 12 prosecution witnesses have been recorded and only the statements of two prosecution witnesses are yet to be recorded, hence he requested that the time period may kindly be extended for further period of 02 months for the disposal of the case. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
