02/26.11.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Taljhari P.S. Case No.108/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 96 and 139 of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.2 is not named in the FIR. He further submits that in the FIR, the only allegation is made that the daughter of the informant was taken by petitioner no.1. He then submits that however the daughter of the informant has gone to Delhi on her own volition for doing some work. He next submits that now a good sense has prevailed and compromise has reached between the parties and compromise petition has been annexed at Annexure-2.

Learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that under misconception, the FIR was lodged and now compromise has reached between the parties.

Considering that the only allegation is made that the daughter of the informant was taken by petitioner no.1 and it has been pointed out that she has gone to Delhi to do some work and now compromise has reached between the parties, contained at Annexure-2 and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal in connection with Taljhari P.S. Case No.108/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
