Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. In this petition, the petitioner has sought for a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to implement the
Judgment dated 22.03.2019 in CMP/181204/0001714 (Annexure-A) passed by the Adjudicating Officer, RERA, Bangalore.

3. Learned AGA, referring to paragraph 10 of the Status Report submits that, the Revenue Authorities undertake to initiate immediate action if the petitioner is able to produce such documents establishing the ownership of the
judgment debtor. Paragraph 10 of the Status Report reads as under:
“10. It is most humbly submitted that the Revenue Authorities undertake to initiate immediate action if the Petitioner is able to produce any such documents disclosing the ownership of the judgment debtor in any part of Bengaluru. When the present information available, the Revenue Authorities will not be able to continue with any proceedings and take the matter in the logical end to recovery anything as if arrears of land revenue. The above averments are made on the basis of thorough enquiry and the Special Deputy Commissioner has already communicated to the District Registrar and Bruhath Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike Authorities to pursue the said Authorities to trace the details of properties possibly standing in the name of
judgment debtor to enable the Revenue Authorities to initiate proper action to recover the land revenue.”

4. Taking into consideration the Status Report filed by respondent-Authorities, I am of the view that, the petitioner is directed to assist respondents No.1 and 2 to take a decision in the matter at the earliest.
5. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of, with a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to implement the order passed by RERA Authority at Annexure-A, with the assistance of the petitioner, within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
