The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- “(a) for issuance of writ of or a writ in the nature of Mandamus the commanding upon the respondents, particularly, Respondent No.4 i.e., Circle Officer, Namkum, District Ranchi to delete the name of Bhathu Oraon, Sukhram Oraon, Jatru Oraon sons of Late Lakhna Oraon, from Register-II, Part-1, Page No.54 in which, Page No.2 W.P.(C) No.6945 of 2025 entry has been made of the land of Village-Bermad, Thana Ranchi, Thana No.251, Khata No.18, Plot No.32 and 34, measuring an area of 0.39 and 0.65 acres respectively and necessary correction be done in favour of Jaga Mahto in revenue record, who is ancestor revenue of the petitioner.” 3. It appears that this is merely a private dispute between the parties, which can only be resolved by the competent Civil Court, not in writ jurisdiction of this Court. 4. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same is hereby dismissed. 5.
