Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents. 3. Petitioners are parents of A1 and in-laws of the 1st respondent. On perusal of the charge sheet, the accusation against the petitioners is well founded. Therefore, there are no grounds to quash the charge sheet. 4. However, considering the nature of the allegations leveled against the petitioners who are in-laws of the 1st respondent, the presence of petitioners is dispensed with before the learned trial Court except on crucial days of trial when their presence is necessarily required. 5.
