The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, despite the registration of the crime in the month of 2025 as Cr.No.74 of 2025 for offences punishable under Sections 326(f) BNS, the police have not completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet in this matter. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home seeking time to get instructions in this matter. 5. Considering the submissions, it is apposite to dispose of the present writ petition. However, the police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
