Case No. 150 of 2024 arising out of Bariyatu P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Latehar. 3. Petitioner happens to be the wife of the deceased namely Om Prakash Sao who was shot dead in his bed room. The petitioner was having illicit relationship with co-accused and on the date of occurrence, he was present in her house and he shot the deceased in presence of the petitioner. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, her prayer for bail stands rejected. 5. The learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
