Order, or Orders, direction one in the nature of Writ of MANDUMUS declaring the high handed action of respondent No 3 in not allowing the petitioner to his normal duties basing on the joining report dated 28.11.2024 even though the 2nd Respondent issued reinstatement orders SRS,J W.P.No.1956 of 2025 vide RC.No.DVC/31/AVO/16 th Round/MGNREGS/2024 dated 26.11.2024 is being illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice besides in violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents No 3 to allow the petitioner to her normal duties basing on the joining report dated 28.11.2024, pursuant to the proceedings vide RC.No. DVC/31/AVO/16 th Round/MGNREGS/2024 dated 26.11.2024 pending Main Writ Petition by not engaging any third person in place of the petitioner and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased directing the respondent No 3 to allow the petitioner to her normal duties basing on the joining report dated 28.11.2024, pursuant to the proceedings vide RC.No. DVC/31/AVO/16 th Round/MGNREGS/2024 dated 26.11.2024 pending Main Writ Petition by not engaging any third person in place of the petitioner and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. GP FOR SERVICES IV The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.3 in not allowing the petitioner to discharge duties, despite the submission of the joining report dated 28.11.2024 and the order passed by the respondent No.2 reinstating the petitioner vide Rc.No.DVC/31/AVO/16th Round/MGNREGS/2024, dated 26.11.2024 (Ex.P1), as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard Sri Singaiah Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services - I appeared SRS,J W.P.No.1956 of 2025 for respondent No.1 and Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appeared for respondent No.2 and Sri Srinivasula Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appeared for respondents 3 & 4. 3. On 28.01.2025, the writ petition was adjourned at the request of learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 to get instructions. Today, when the matter is listed, learned Standing Counsel submitted a letter addressed by respondent No.3 to respondent No.2 vide R.C.No.A1/NREGS/2025, dated 29.01.2025, wherein it was informed that the petitioner joined in the duty on 28.01.2025. Along with the said communication, a joining report of the petitioner was also annexed. The same is placed on record. 4. Given the instructions submitted by the learned Standing Counsel, no further adjudication is required in the writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
