Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proceedings be initiated against the respondent the order dated 27.9.2016 (Annexure P Commissioner-cum-Collector which was duly submitted on affidavit before this Court on 22.3.2017 in COCP No.125 of 2014 titled as “Raj Pal and others vs. Mohamad Shayin” and for punishing respondent No.1 for not ensuring the compliance of the underta the Court and respondents No.2 to 4 have failed to fulfil their duties by way of not complying with the specific undertaking given by respondent No.1.
