The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 113 of 2012 arising out of Dhanwar P.S. Case No. 142 of 2007, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 448, 504/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Giridih. It was submitted that this is a case of misuse of privilege of bail for about 5 ½ years. It was further submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for about two months. It was finally submitted that some of co- accused persons, who had faced separate trial have been acquitted in this case. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Giridih, in connection with S.T.
