2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.266 of 2025 arising out of Daltonganj Town P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 80(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Palamau at Daltonganj.
3. Petitioner happens to be the parents-in-law of the deceased, who died in her matrimonial home due to asphyxia because of hanging.
4. It is alleged that she was tortured to enforce the demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that apart from ligature mark, no other ante-mortem injury was found on the person of the deceased. It was finally submitted that the co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.3203 of 2025 vide
order dated 08.08.2025.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with S.T. Case No.266 of 2025 arising out of Daltonganj Town P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025.
