P SUBASH The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner has died and requested that his legal heirs be brought on record. 2. The contempt case was filed alleging non-compliance with the orders dated 25.06.2021 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 11940 of 2021, wherein respondent Nos. 2 and 3 therein were directed to take appropriate action on the legal notices dated 07.12.2020 and 12.04.2021 submitted by the petitioner, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the 4th respondent therein, in accordance with law. 3. After notice, the contemnors filed their counter-affidavits. According to the counter-affidavits, they considered the matter and issued notices to the concerned parties as directed by this Court, but none of them appeared for the enquiry. 4. In these circumstances, as the petitioner did not appear for the enquiry, the authorities were unable to pass any orders. 5. In view of the above, there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the contemnors. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner to approach the concerned authorities with a fresh claim.
