The Court vide order dated 23rd July, 2025, had permitted the Petitioner to file an appeal against the Order-in-Original dated 5th January, 2024, subject to the same being filed by 15th September, 2025. 4. The present application has been filed seeking extension of the said time period for filing of appeal. 5. It is submitted by Dr. Ashutosh, ld.
