By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is not challenging any particular order on the part of the respondent authorities but the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No. 2 to return all original academic documents the educational essential qualification/mark sheet and cancellation of registration for admission 2 of next academic session of B.B.A in the year 2025-26 and also seeking to exempt fee at the earliest. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 08.08.2025 (Annexure P-1), the petitioner has sent a registered post application reiterating her request for return of original documents, but till date same has not been considered. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending application dated 08.08.2025, he is having no objection to the limited prayer and pending application dated 08.08.2025 will be considered in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the respondent No. 2 to consider/decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-1) dated 08.08.2025 in accordance with law/rules/regulations as expeditiously as possible after receiving all requisite fees from the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
