The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking setting aside of the order dated 20.02.2025; the order dated 18.03.2025 and the order dated 21.03.2025 whereby the petitioner has been transferred for the third time in the span of one year. A further prayer has also been made to expeditiously release the salary of the petitioner. 2

from Department of Higher Education to the Transport Department and vice versa, the salary and other dues of the petitioner are not being released. 3

Ms. Tanisha Peshawaria, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and she, on instructions from Mr. Sunil Kumar, Asstt. Higher Education Department, Haryana, submits that the petitioner is now required to report/join at Govt. College for Women, Matlauda, Panipat and that his salary shall be released within a fortnight thereafter. 5
Accordingly, in view of above, the present writ petition is
disposed of at this juncture with liberty to the petitioner to henceforth appear in the office of Principal, Govt. College for Women, Matlauda, Panipat, within a period of one week from today. The respondent State/competent authority shall process the case of the petitioner for release of the salary and disburse the admissible dues to the petitioner within a fortnight thereafter.
