2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 125/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1238/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 304(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 subsequently Section 317(2) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26/35 of the Arms Act was added, pending in the Court of Sri Ravi Shankar Pandey, learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur.
3. On 09.09.2024 at about 8:00 P.M., the informant was waylaid by three unknown persons near Durga Puja field. The accused persons looted Rs. 8 lakhs from him.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that Rs. 3,000/- is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner which was claimed to be his own.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Ravi Shankar Pandey, learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 125/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1238/2024.
