Accordingly, he submitted that the present petition be dismissed for non-prosecution. Page No.# 2/2 After hearing the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, and also on perusal of the case record, it is seen that though the matter was taken up on 3(three) occasions, the petitioner has remained absent consecutively since the date of filing.
