1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing the
order dated 11.11.2022 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tarn Tarn, whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender in case FIR No.240 dated 16.11.2017 registered under Sections 498-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sadar Tarn Tarn, District Tarn Taran.
2. On the last date of hearing i.e. 05.04.2025, the case was called twice, however, none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the present petition.
4. Dismissed for non-prosecution. 21.05.2025
