At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition the substantive grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, however, still there are certain grievance, for which he seeks permission to approach before the appropriate authorities concerned. 3. Learned Advocate for the respondents referring to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 3 submitted that now all the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
