Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 211 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri M. K. Mishra learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class-XXV, Ranchi. 3. On 03.06.2025 at about 9:00 P.M., there was quarrel between the son of the informant and accused persons. It is alleged that petitioner and co-accused person assaulted the son of the informant due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that deceased has died due to poisoning. It was further submitted that co-accused Abhay Kumar has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 7074/2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri M.
