Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.147 of 2024 arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 191 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.2204 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 307, 324 and 394 of the I.P.C and under Sections 25(1- B)a/26/27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III, Ranchi. 3. Earlier bail application of the petitioner twice rejected by this Court. 4. Petitioner attempted to snatch money from the informant, when he opposed the petitioner fired at him causing injury. 5. Report regarding stage of the trial as earlier called for has been received. It appears that four charge-sheeted witnesses have been examined. 6. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of allegation; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected. 7. Learned trial court is directed to procure the attendance of the witness and proceed with the trial and preferably concluded the same within four months from the next date fixed for recording of the evidence. 8. If the trial is not concluded within stipulated period, the petitioner if, so advised may renew his prayer for bail. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rohit/-
