In such circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere in the present writ petition in which the prayer is made to set aside the demarcation report. The matters, which are already engaging the attention of the civil court, cannot be brought directly in writ proceedings. The District Magistrate has otherwise no jurisdiction to adjudicate civil rights of the parties. Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
