By way of the instant petition, the petitioner is challenging the action of the respondent No.1 in keeping the complaints raised by the petitioner which is pending for a considerable period without any justifiable cause. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that at this juncture he would confine his prayer to the extent that the Respondent No.1 may be directed to decide the interim application for grant of stay (Annexure P/7) & application dated 18/07/2025 (Annexure P/8).
3. Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection in deciding the complaint made by the petitioner.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.
5. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the respondent authorities shall decide the application filed by the petitioner Annexure P/7 & P/8 in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to Respondent No.2.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall be at liberty to decide the applications of the petitioner on its own merits.
7. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands
